1. The Service · 服务内容

IA ONE lets you submit a public retailer product link and receive availability alerts. We do not sell products, place orders, bypass queues or purchase limits, or represent any retailer. / IA ONE 根据用户提交的公开商品链接提供到货提醒。我们不销售商品、不代为下单、不绕过排队或限购，也不代表任何零售商。

2. Accuracy and availability · 准确性与可用性

Retailer pages, network conditions and access rules can change without notice. Alerts may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Always confirm price, variant, availability, delivery and return terms with the retailer before purchasing. / 页面、网络和访问规则可能随时变化，提醒可能延迟、遗漏或不可用；购买前请以零售商页面为准。

3. Acceptable use · 合理使用

You may submit only links you are lawfully permitted to access. You may not use the service to attack a site, evade security controls, access accounts without authorization, or violate a retailer's terms or applicable law. / 用户不得利用本服务攻击网站、规避安全措施、未经授权访问账户，或违反零售商条款及适用法律。

4. Subscriptions · 订阅

Paid plans renew monthly through Apple unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings. Billing and eligible refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Restoring a purchase requires the same Apple ID. / 付费方案通过 Apple 按月自动续订；请在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前取消。订阅管理、扣款及符合条件的退款由 Apple 处理。

5. Intellectual property · 知识产权

Retailer names, trademarks, product images and product information belong to their respective owners. IA ONE is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those owners. / 品牌名称、商标、商品图片和资料归各权利人所有。本服务与相关品牌不存在隶属、赞助或认可关系。

6. Suspension and changes · 暂停与变更

We may limit or suspend use that threatens the service or violates these terms. Features, supported stores and plan limits may change prospectively; material changes will be communicated where required. / 对危害服务或违反条款的使用，我们可限制或暂停服务。功能、支持商店及方案可能调整，重大变更将按规定通知。
